Returns and Refunds

Returns:

  • In order to be qualified for a return, the product must be in unopened packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for paying shipping expenses for the product.
  • Refund is issued upon product’s arrival at our warehouse in China.
  • If you would like to return the product, please contact us and we will get back to you with shipping info or find another solution that is acceptable to you.

Refunds:

  • If the product arrives damaged or wrong item is shipped, please send us a picture and description of the problem and we will issue a refund
  • In case you want a refund, please contact us explaining in detail why you need one and we will send you detailed instructions.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived in 60 days, please contact us and we will refund it.
