To prove to the masses that nuclear fallout ain't so bad, the U.S. government found a few brave, stupid souls to stand directly under a small nuclear explosion that occurs 10,000 feet above them. 

The video doesn't require much setup, but it is painfully 1950's. The men stand under a nuclear explosion with stupid grins, then smoke cigars to celebrate the fact that they're morons.
