It's no surprise that drive-thru meals are not going to be good for you. But did you know just how bad they are? Men's Health recently compiled a list of the 19 worst drive-thru foods. Here are some of the highlights (or lowlights, if you will):

The worst cheeseburger: Hardee's Monster Thickburger coming in at a whopping 1,420 calories and 108 grams of fat, 43 of them saturated. This is not quite as impressive as the Fifth Third burger, but that you can't get via a drive-thru.

Amazingly, you would be better off ordering two Quarter Pounders than downing this gut-busting shake. McDonald's has reduced-fat ice cream cones which are surprisingly yummy and a much, much healthier choice.

The worst 'healthy' food: Arby's Roast Turkey and Swiss Market Fresh Sandwich. It's roast turkey - how could it be bad for you? Well, start with the honey wheat bread it comes on: two slices pack in 361 calories and 68 grams of carbs. Better to order this on a sesame seed bun.

Worst drive-thru meal: Carl's Jr. Double Six Dollar Burger with Medium Natural Cut Fries and a 32 oz Coke. If you order this, you might as well eat nothing else for the rest of the week. This meal contains 2,618 calories, 144 grams of fat, and 2,892 mg of sodium. This life-threatening meal is the caloric equivalent of 13 Krispy Kreme donuts. Want to eat as much fat? Then you'll have to gobble 52 strips of bacon to match this meal.
