Alas, it turns out our prince of ennui, Keyboard Cat, has been dead for some time. The cat’s owner Charlie Schmidt was interviewed recently on CNN (who says the networks don’t produce hard-hitting news?) and disclosed that Keyboard Cat’s name was Fatso and he passed away several years ago.
Does this mark the end of the Keyboard Cat video meme? Probably, but we’ll always have fond memories.
