We all know we should be going to the gym more often, but with long work days it’s hard to get there on a regular basis. Luckily, there are great workouts you can do at home with nothing more than a pair of dumbbells.
Josef Brandenburg, a top personal trainer in Washington, D.C., has come up with a quick and super-effective fat-loss interval workout called the “dumbbell matrix.” I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks like it would be fun and do the job of burning some serious calories:
