Microsoft was seen as playing catch-up to the Apple iPod when it came out with the Zune a few years ago. The new ZuneHD may change your thinking.

The ZuneHD is as much a video player as it is an audio device. The new player is expected to have a multi-touch OLED screen, TV out, and HDMI port and HD radio, something the iPod still sorely lacks. Most exciting of all are rumors that the ZuneHD will support a web browser and 3D games from the wildly popular Xbox 360. Sweet!

The ZuneHD will hit stores in the fall of this year with a 16GB and a 32GB model. Is it time to ditch that iPod?
