If you live in North Carolina, your kids may have gotten more than they bargained for recently while watching television. Time Warner Cable apologized yesterday for displaying explicit programming from the Playboy Channel on two children's channels.

According to Time Warner Cable spokesman Keith Poston who was quoted by a local news station, “Basically, we had a piece of equipment fail and what happened is some previews for the Playboy Channel actually got diverted into the preview box on our Kids on Demand (Ch. 252) and our PreSchool On Demand (Ch. 555).”

The naughty content aired from about 6:15 am to 8:15 am in parts of North Carolina - perfect timing to catch the little 'uns before they head off to school.
