Remember that old phrase to avoid sex: “I’ve got a headache”? Apparently we’ve all gotten a lot more exhausted over the years because “I’m too tired” is now the top excuse to get out of getting it on.
A recent survey of 4,000 in Britain revealed that “I’ve got a headache” is now at number three on the excuse list behind tiredness and “I’m not in the mood.”
Seven out of ten people in the survey said they were often too exhausted to enjoy sex. The report also found that the recession is affecting the passion levels of 4 in 10 people.
What might be surprising is that more men beg off sex than women. The report found that 27 percent of men often avoided sex compared with 18 percent of women.
Other top excuses include “I’ve got to get up in the morning,” (number 4) “I’m pre-occupied with work,” (number 5) and the ever romantic “You need a shower,” which came in at number 8.

I agree that if a woman is tired, she’s not that “horny”. But can it be, that the real reason is something else? Can it be that she finds her man boring? Can it be that she is sleeping with someone else and she had enough sex already?
I don’t think that the recession has anything to do with avoiding sex. Everyone wants and needs sex (it’s a basic human need), but with whom? That’s the real question, I think…

Perhaps she is tired because she has been lugging around 50 extra pounds every day for the past 10 years.
