Great article. I?ve suffered from chronic fatigue for as long as I can remember so finding that energy to work out has always been a challenge for me. I find that having a smoothie made with low fat yogurt and strawberries sweetened with splenda, approximately two hours before I hit the gym helps keep me going for about 40 mins (treadmill). Recently I?ve also been taking rhodiola energy supplement half an hour before I start and have noticed significant increase in energy levels..(I?ve gone from walking at 3.2 to jogging at 5.1) .For anyone that?s interested I buy it from : http://thussain2.qhealthzone.com/Products/Thumbnail.aspx?ctg=17413&ast=573717&rtl=17395
