Here's a Video Showing Why You Shouldn't Drive In Dust Storms

Good rule of thumb that sadly needs to be spelled out for drivers:

If you're not capable of seeing in front of you, maybe you shoulding be driving. It's crazy, but it just might work. That goes for rain, fog, snow, and yes, dust. In fact, dust could be the most blinding, as this video shows a massive stretch of highway completely shanghaied by a stopped traffic during a dust storm. 

One quick caveat to the instructions given above: If you are going to stop and pull over or wait during periods of limited invisibility, make sure the 18-wheeler behind you is going to stop, otherwise it will look more like the video below than the one above.
