This Ferrari Crashes In $31 Million Accident

"Hello, All State? Yeahhhhhhhhhh...."

The car was a 1961 Ferrari GTO. The man is (he lived) US businessman Christopher Cox. He was driving through France with some fellow Ferrari enthusiasts when he lost control and bumped another driver. The extent of the damage isn't clear, but it was apparently bad enough that the car is a write-off. But I don't know what exactly constitutes "totaling" a Ferrari. Maybe just breathing on it too heavily means that it's time to start over.

That's the bad news. The good news is that if the guy could afford a $31 million car, he's really rich. Also, he wasn't injured, so let's save our sympathy for someone else. And possibly the car. The car might deserve some sympathy.
