The Fastest Thing On Two Wheels. Ever.

Getting a car to hit 200 mph is a really big deal. It's what seperates the supercars from the not-so-super-cars. It's a very impressive threshold. So now imagine going more than 50% faster than that. On a motorcycle.

Bill Warner used this Air Force base runway as his proving ground as he reached 311 mph on a modified Suzuki Hayabusa. Really? A Suzuki? Not a Ducati or a Kawasaki? I don't know anything about bikes, but I know that Suzuki's shouldn't set record. Warner should get degree of difficulty points for knocking this out on a Suzuki. The fact that it's heavily modified helps. (Deadspin)
