Want to sample America’s absolute worst food? Then head on down to your local Baskin Robbins and order a large Chocolate Oreo Shake – it was just named the worst food in America for 2009 by Men’s Health.

This heart attack in a cup clocks in at 2,600 calories – yep, that’s nearly twice the recommended calories per day you’re supposed to eat. In case you’re counting, that’s the equivalent of 49 actual Oreo cookies.

Other frightening stats for the Oreo shake: 135 grams of fat (59 of which are saturated), 263 grams of sugar – about 20 bowls of Froot Loops cereal – and 1,700 milligrams of sodium.

You would think a shake this loaded with fat would be rich and thick, but not this bad boy. It actually has a fairly thin texture and can be slurped down easily in under 10 minutes. Enjoy!
